2021 has been a crazy year (maybe crazier than 2020) and now Thanksgiving is right around the corner therefore we are announcing the following regarding DMI’s Thanksgiving holiday hours.
The DMI Office will be closed in observation of Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26, 2021
DMI After-Hour support will be available between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 24th however there will be no after-hours support the night of the 25th
Any payments needed to be made to take orders off credit hold will be due before 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 - no exceptions - please make sure to contact Kirsten kirsten@DMIORG.com prior to 3:00 PM that day!
The DMI Warehouse will have the following special hours for pickup only:
Wednesday Night 11/24/21 from 8 pm to 12 am – Trucks must arrive no later than 11 pm on the 24th
Friday Early Morning 11/26/21 from 5 am to 8 am – Trucks must arrive no later than 7 am on the 26th
To pick up either time above you MUST use the Ship date: 11/25/21
