Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Therefore, we are announcing DMI’s Thanksgiving holiday schedule.
• The DMI Office will be closed in observation of Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 24, and Friday, November 25, 2022
• DMI after our support will be available between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 23 however, there will be no after-hours support the nights of the 24th or 25th
• Any payments needed to take orders off credit hold will be due before 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 - no exceptions - please make sure to contact Kirsten kirsten@DMIORG.com before 3:00 PM that day!
The DMI Warehouse will have the following special hours for pickup:
• Orders to be picked up either Wednesday, November 23, 2022, between the hours of 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM or orders being picked up Friday morning, November 25th, from 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM - must be dated in this system with the ship date of Thursday, November 24th, 2022
• The Warehouse will be closing at midnight sharp on Wednesday night, with no exceptions, and closing Friday at 8:00 AM sharp for any pickups.
• Trucks picking up on Wednesday the 23rd must be onsite at 8 PM to pick up!
In summary, Thanksgiving Order Pickup times are as follows:
Wednesday, Nov 23rd, 8:00 PM - 11:59 PM (Trucks must be onsite at 8 PM)
Friday Nov 25th 5 AM -8 AM
Orders MUST HAVE SHIP DATE OF: 11/24/2022 (regardless of if you pick up the 23rd or 25th)
